The location of this hotel was perfect for our New Year stay. It was conveniently located near local night markets and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious and had a small balcony where we could enjoy the view. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and they even made some phone calls and translated messages for us. the price was excellent and we couldn't fault it for the value it offered.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the taxi drivers had trouble locating the hotel, which was quite frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with any issues we had. They even let us borrow the front desk phone to sort out problems with our flight. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice little kitchen area. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in downtown Cancun, situated across from the lively Parque de las Palapas. The location was fantastic, with a buzzing atmosphere and plenty of local food stalls to try. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money - I truly felt I got my money's worth. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, from the well-appointed kitchen to the comfortable beds. I particularly loved the high ceilings, creating a spacious and airy feel. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the breakfast provided each morning was a great start to the day, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault a thing.

This hotel was a hidden gem, perfectly suited for my needs. Not only was it great value for money, but its attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The location was unbeatable, right next to the downtown local performing arts theater. I was lucky enough to witness a range of exciting local cultural events taking place just steps away from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is situated across from the buzzy little area known as the Parque de las Palapas, which was perfect for enjoying night activities and exploring the numerous restaurants that surrounded the area. The large and clean rooms, complete with spacious wooden wardrobes and desks, were a delightful surprise. The small convenient fridge in the room was an added bonus, making my stay even more comfortable.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

This charming hotel has beautiful wooden closets, stone walls, and a rustic courtyard. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with large beds, balconies, and terraces overviewing the city's life. the staff members are friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any issue. the hotel's location across from a lively area offers easy access to various restaurants, shops, and transportation services. the AC works well, and the bar fridge holds drinks. Enjoy a delicate pillow service ending your perfect day in a great room.
The breakfast could be improved by adding more variety, such as yogurt or other bread types.

My new year stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The stone walls added to the old world charm of the place. The two balconies were perfect for getting some fresh air and enjoying the view of the buzzing area outside. Plus, the hot water was always available - perfect for the chilly weather at night.
Finding the hotel was quite a task, as the directions were not clear. , the breakfast was not substantial, and there were not enough options to choose from.
